This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of Bridal Metrics Q Connector (the “Application”), a private, internal software integration provided by The Bridal Collection (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Application is intended solely for our own internal business use and for use by our authorized personnel (“Authorized Users”). By accessing or using the Application, an Authorized User agrees to this Agreement.
We grant Authorized Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for our internal business purposes — namely, reading our own business and accounting data from QuickBooks Online into our own systems for internal reporting and analysis. No other use is licensed.

The Application connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized APIs. Use of QuickBooks Online and Intuit services is governed by Intuit’s own terms and policies, and nothing in this Agreement modifies those terms. Information accessed through the Application is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Application, and all intellectual property rights in it, remain our property or that of our licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data it processes will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to use of the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This license is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time. Upon termination, the rights granted under this Agreement end and use of the Application must cease.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
