This Privacy Policy explains how The Bridal Collection (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information accessed through Bridal Metrics Q Connector (the “Application”). The Application is a private, internal data integration. It is used solely by us to read our own business and accounting data from QuickBooks Online into our own private data systems for internal financial and operational reporting. The Application is not distributed to the public and is not intended for use by any party other than our organization and its authorized personnel.

When connected to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized APIs, the Application may read business and accounting records belonging to our organization, which may include:

The Application accesses data belonging to our own organization. It is not designed to collect personal information from members of the public, and it does not create accounts for external users.

Information accessed through the Application is used exclusively for our own internal purposes, including financial reconciliation, purchasing and inventory analysis, operational reporting, and related back-office functions. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade information accessed through the Application. We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Information may be processed by infrastructure service providers (such as our cloud hosting provider) acting on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations, and may be disclosed where required by law.

We retain information accessed through the Application for as long as needed for the internal reporting purposes described above, and in accordance with our records-retention practices and applicable legal or accounting requirements.

6. Disconnecting and revoking access

Access to QuickBooks Online can be revoked at any time from within the QuickBooks Online account (Apps → Manage connections / disconnect), or by removing the Application’s authorization through Intuit. Revoking access stops further data access by the Application.

7. Intuit and QuickBooks data

Our use of information obtained through Intuit’s APIs is subject to applicable Intuit Developer terms and policies. We access only the data necessary for the internal purposes described in this Policy.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
