Connect or reconnect QuickBooks Online

Bridal Metrics Q Connector · The Bridal Collection, Inc.

This application connects to a single QuickBooks Online company file belonging to The Bridal Collection. The connection is established by an authorized administrator using Intuit’s standard OAuth 2.0 authorization flow.

How the connection works

1. An authorized administrator signs in to QuickBooks Online and grants the connector read access through Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 consent screen.
2. Intuit returns a secure authorization that the connector exchanges for access and refresh tokens.
3. Tokens are stored securely (AWS Secrets Manager) and used to read approved accounting data on a scheduled basis.
4. To reconnect after a disconnect or token expiry, an administrator repeats the authorization step above.

Because this is a private, internal integration, connection is performed by The Bridal Collection’s authorized personnel rather than by external users.
